As a Principal Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap our Travel Risk Management product. You will be responsible for shaping the long-term vision, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions that solve complex customer challenges. This leadership position demands a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Product Leadership:
• Support the long-term vision and strategy for the product portfolio in alignment with company objectives.
• Lead strategic initiatives, including market expansion and platform innovation.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a principal or equivalent leadership role.
• Familiarity with Travel Risk Management or Critical Event Management solutions is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex product initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect product strategy to business outcomes.
• Expertise in product management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Lean, and OKRs.
• Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in tools like Tableau, SQL, and business intelligence platforms.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
• Deep passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering world-class customer experiences.
  
  

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $139,000 - $198,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
