The Search Customer Experience team manages the customer-facing features, information, and look & feel of search results across devices globally. We utilize machine learning, data mining, and big data to improve discoverability and customer satisfaction. Our collaborations span categories like Apparel, Electronics, Books, Grocery, and partners such as Advertising, Alexa, and Video Shopping.
As a Principal Product Manager, you'll design experiences based on customer engagement and query data, define KPIs, and lead cross-functional teams to innovate and deliver results. You'll evaluate technology options, including AI and machine learning, to maximize strategic value.
Successful candidates will analyze data, communicate effectively at the executive level, and thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment. Experience with customer-facing technical products and influencing cross-functional teams is preferred.
