Job description

The Principal Product Manager for SMB Payments will play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of small businesses across America get work, and then get paid for it. The reality is, businesses hate how much time they have to spend in QuickBooks in order to get paid and repeatedly follow up with their customers. You will take something SMBs dread —> Replace it with beautiful software that saves millions of SMBs time —> and then automate 95%+ so they can focus on growing their business.

To execute on this vision you will lead the charge in developing a comprehensive strategy, built on customer obsession conducting countless interviews. You will build empathy that you can layer on top of thorough funnel and behavior analysis. Combining qualitative and quantitative information you will execute on your vision, and power prosperity and profitability globally.

Responsibilities
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the SMB AR experience.
  • Product Strategy: Set a vision and devise a compelling strategy encompassing target customer persona sequencing, customer problem narrowing, competitive positioning, prioritized solutioning, roadmap planning, metrics setting, and impact articulation.
  • Nail the Execution: build the best possible solution that balances quality and velocity, pressure test designs, think through edge cases, look for ways to validate the experience is customer backed, fights obstacles in the way of velocity, and manage up effectively and concisely.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships and collaborate with engineering, experience design, analytics, marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to maximize outside the box thinking, and velocity.
  • Market Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends because it’s genuinely interesting, as well as the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AI, AR automation and Payments

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $226,000 - 307,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits atIntuit: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.   • 12+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in developing and launching B2B/B2C SaaS products.
  • Deep understanding of small to medium sized businesses and how they operate
