We are seeking a seasoned product leader to define and drive a strategy to make Yelp a world-class platform for small and large services businesses. This role will work across multiple groups within Yelp to deliver end-to-end product experiences on the service professional side of our marketplace. You will work closely with executive leadership to define company-level strategy, and will dive into the details to ensure coordinated roadmap execution across multiple product teams.

What You'll Do
  • 8+ years of experience in senior product roles. Marketplace experience is a plus.
  • Strong executive communication skills. This role involves directly communicating with C-Suite leadership. You can understand complex details and distill that information for executive audiences to aid decision-making.
  • Comfort with both product strategy and operational execution.
  • Technical aptitude. You will work closely with engineering teams to understand technical architecture and explain how complex systems work together.
  • Analytical expertise. Define success metrics, guardrail metrics, and make informed recommendations on tradeoffs for maximum impact.
  • Customer-focused and aware of competitors. Innovate for users and customers rather than chasing competitors.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
What It Takes To Succeed
  • 8+ years of experience in senior product roles, marketplace experience a plus.
  • Strong executive communication skills, with ability to communicate complex details effectively.
  • Comfort with product strategy and operational execution; program management or product operations experience is a plus.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and articulate complex systems.
  • Analytical skills to define success and guardrail metrics, and recommend tradeoffs.
  • Customer-centric mindset, focused on user and customer needs.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
What You'll Get
  • Compensation range: $149,000-326,000 annually, plus potential bonuses, restricted stock units, and benefits.
