Job summary

Docker is seeking a Principal Product Manager for our Sandbox platform. You will own the long-term vision, roadmap, and outcomes, collaborating with developers, customers, and partners to expand the ecosystem.

You will lead the product lifecycle from concept through delivery, drive data-driven decisions, and work with design and engineering to deliver scalable sandbox solutions in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Deep empathy for developers and obsession with users' needs.
• Experience deploying AI agents at scale and addressing related challenges.
• Comfort interacting with a command-line interface.
• Experience building B2B SaaS or public cloud backgrounds.
• Experience with software supply chain and/or software security tools.
• Ability to break down complex problems into small, releasable features.
• Ability to explain complex ideas simply to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data for decisions.
• Collaborative with fast-moving, distributed teams.
• Experience taking products from legacy to greenfield stages.
• Doer mindset with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities
