Job summary

GoTu Technology, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive strategy and outcomes for a on-demand, two-sided marketplace connecting dental professionals with offices.

You will collaborate with the CPO to identify high-impact opportunities, shape product direction, and launch measurable improvements in activation, retention, and conversion. The role emphasizes discovery, behavioral insights, and data-informed decision making in a fast, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience in a two-sided marketplace strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Own and solve high-impact product problems that influence core business metrics and marketplace performance.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured problem statements, product opportunities, hypotheses and experiments.
• Lead end-to-end product discovery through customer research, behavioral insights and data analysis.
• Design product experiences using product and UX judgment that guide user behavior and improve activation, retention, and conversion.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Define success metrics and measure the impact of product initiatives.
• Run experiments and iterate quickly based on user feedback and performance data.
• Continuously elevate our product thinking by introducing strong discovery practices and product frameworks.
• 7-10+ years of experience in Product Management.
