Job summary

Amazon Fulfillment Technologies is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead vision and strategy for outbound flow products. You will shape opportunities to optimize FC operations, drive design and development of software features, and lead cross-portfolio initiatives in a global context.

You will work with PMs, engineers, operations, science, and EHS teams to ensure investments align with strategic goals and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and safety across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in product or program management or related roles.
• Experience with feature delivery and roadmap strategy.
• End-to-end product delivery experience.
• Ability to discuss technology decisions with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Set a holistic vision for products and technologies in development, including uninvented ideas.
• Manage relationships and report to leadership across AFT and customers/stakeholders.
• Drive strategy and planning for expansion and year-over-year investments.
• Develop strong internal relationships and drive cross-team alignment.
• Prioritize across multiple workstreams and unblock challenges as they arise.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Development, Operations, Science, and EHS to deliver on strategic goals.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reviews and yearly strategy documents.
