Walmart is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the NTransit platform workflow, focusing on enhancing driver experiences and managing multiple user personas. The NTransit application provides a seamless experience for drivers across private fleets, CCOB (contracted carriers), and external carriers. It directs workflow, facilitates communications, enhances visibility, and manages driver pay. As a crucial part of Walmart's supply chain, NTransit bridges planning with execution in stores, distribution centers, and clubs. It also lowers barriers of entry for SMB carriers, brokers, and owner-operators, enabling them to offer untapped capacity solutions.
This Principal Product Manager will lead the platform workflow for all major tenants and user personas, including private fleet drivers (16,500), contracted carrier partners, brokered carriers, spot market carriers, purchased transportation, and new areas such as Milk Plant user personas. This individual will develop and manage the similarities and differences between these personas to ensure drivers can leverage NTransit as a workflow application, providing accurate data for downstream consumers like optimization and visibility.
This role is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. We are not considering remote applicants, but a full relocation package is available for candidates not local to Northwest Arkansas.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00. Additional compensation includes performance bonuses, stock options, and other incentives depending on the role and performance.
