LTK is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Creator to reimagine how creators discover opportunities, create shoppable content, and grow their businesses on the platform. You will lead strategy and evolution for Creator workflows, shaping experiences across the AI-native creator space for thousands of creators worldwide.

This senior IC role demands deep product judgment, data-driven decision making, and a track record of delivering meaningful customer and business impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of complex product areas.
• Experience with AI-powered products and evaluating evals, test cases and quality criteria.
• Experience shaping product vision and strategy for consumer-facing platforms at scale.

As our Principal Product Manager, Creator, you'll have the opportunity to reimagine how creators discover opportunity, create shoppable content, and grow their businesses. You'll lead the strategy and evolution for Creators’ core workflows and how LTK engages, retains, and helps thousands of Creators around the world become as economically successful as possible.

This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role for an AI-native product leader who thrives on solving complex challenges and turning ambitious ideas into reality. Working across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Creator Success teams, you'll help shape the next generation of creator commerce and build experiences that make a meaningful difference for creators.

How you will make an impact

• Shape the future of creator commerce by defining the long-term vision and multi-quarter product strategy for the Creator Experience, shaping how creators discover opportunities, connect with Brands, and turn their inspiration and influence into shoppable content.


• Build experiences that Creators love by reimagining the creator experience for the AI era, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, remove friction, and create differentiated products that help creators grow their businesses.


• Bring an AI-native approach to product innovation, exploring how AI/ML can transform and expand Creator influence, helping to make LTK Creators as economically successful as possible.


• Turn deep Creator understanding, behavioral data, and experimentation into product improvements that drive engagement, retention, Creator earnings, and overall experience quality.


• Define and monitor outcome measures across experience quality, creator engagement and retention, and creator earnings. Establish baselines, make trade-offs explicit, and use results to guide investment and iteration.


• Bring Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Creator Success teams together around a compelling vision, navigating complex trade-offs and driving execution across interconnected product areas.


• Stay close to the customer, applying both passion and proven, AI-native frameworks for learning quickly from real user signals.


• Serve as a senior product thought partner, challenging assumptions, elevating product thinking, and helping teams make better decisions that advance LTK's creator experience.

What you will bring to LTK

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of complex product areas, multi-quarter product strategy, and demonstrated influence on product direction and business outcomes across multiple teams.


• Preferred: Experience with e-commerce, creator platforms, marketplaces, recommendations or Product discovery


• Proven experience shaping product vision and strategy for consumer-facing products or complex platforms at scale, with a track record of delivering meaningful customer and business impact.


• Hands-on experience shipping and improving AI-powered products, including personally writing evaluations (evals): developing realistic test cases, defining quality criteria and scoring rubrics, and using failure analysis to guide iteration and launch decisions.


• Experience independently building functional prototypes using AI tools to make ideas tangible, test assumptions with customers, and inform product and engineering decisions before investing in full development.


• An established practice of using AI in day-to-day product work, from synthesizing customer research and analyzing data to prototyping and running experiments, with strong judgment about how to validate outputs and where human expertise matters.


• Strong product judgment, with the ability to translate customer needs into differentiated experiences while balancing technical complexity, business priorities, and long-term investments.


• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, influence strategic product and investment decisions, and build alignment with senior leaders without direct authority.


• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling product vision, challenge assumptions, and influence stakeholders across functions.


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
