Oracle is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead a strategic OCI product area, translating migration patterns and market signals into a clear, prioritized plan. You will work across engineering, marketing, sales, and customers to define what we build and how we bring it to market at scale.

This high-impact role requires fluency from executive storytelling to technical design review, guiding cross-functional execution and driving OCI adoption.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in databases, data management, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise migration.
• Ability to translate customer migration patterns, competitive signals, and technical constraints into strategy.
• Ability to operate from executive narrative to technical design review and influence across orgs.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap translating customer needs and market signals into a clear plan.
• Maintain a current view of the competitive landscape to sharpen differentiation.
• Partner with Engineering to ship services meeting customer needs at price-performance.
• Drive service launches end-to-end including beta scope and testing to a high bar.
• Communicate value with Marketing and field teams for adoption.
• Create technical and business collateral and enable the field with training.
• Represent the portfolio at user groups, conferences, and customer sites.
• Build relationships with strategic customers to understand transformational value.
• Advise leadership on roadmap priorities and strategic tradeoffs.
