Requirements:

10+ years in Product Management, Data Science, or Cheminformatics within biotech, pharma, or research environments; deep knowledge of small molecule Chemistry workflows, data standards, and informatics tools like Benchling, D360, and CDD; proven ability to translate scientific workflows into scalable products; strong stakeholder management and technical fluency.

Preferred:

experience with SaaS platform integration, AI-enabled molecular design, knowledge graphs, and self-service chemistry data solutions; familiarity with scientific data standards, FAIR principles, and emerging biotech strategies.
