Qualys is seeking an experienced Product leader for TotalAI, its AI Security Posture Management (AI-SPM), TotalCloud, DSPM - Data Security Posture Management, and its Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP).

The ideal candidate will have complete ownership of the AISPM and DSPM product lines, including inbound and outbound product management responsibilities. You should be a subject matter expert in AI Security Posture Management (AISPM) and Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), understanding their ecosystem and emerging security needs. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI security offerings.

This role involves working closely with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and customers to define and deliver AI security and Data Security solutions, mitigating risks associated with AI models and applications. It requires a deep understanding of AI security, Data Security, risk management, governance, and compliance, with engagement in both private sector and government spaces.

Responsibilities

Product Ownership

Manage AI Security (AISPM) - TotalAI and Data Security (DSPM) - TotalCloud.

Business Ownership and Responsibilities

• Act as the 'Business Owner' for the product, focusing on revenue growth, feature prioritization, and monetization strategies.
• Analyze product revenue metrics such as cross-sell, up-sell, expansion, and renewal; develop business plans to improve these metrics and present findings to leadership.
• Evaluate pricing and packaging options, including freemium and premium models, to drive adoption and revenue.
• Innovate in product-led growth (PLG) and product-led sales (PLS), developing digital marketing and demand generation campaigns to acquire, nurture, and convert leads.

Inbound Product Management

• Own multiple features across multi-cloud environments.
• Define, evangelize, and maintain the product strategy, vision, and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, UX, Engineering, and Sales.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and inform the product roadmap.

Outbound Product Management

• Create sales enablement materials, including presentations and demos.
• Develop messaging, positioning, and competitive landscape analyses.
• Educate sales teams and support customer demos and presentations.
• Build strong customer relationships to gather insights and develop use case demos.
• Train sales teams on product value demonstrations and create thought leadership content.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI model risk management and security, including LLMs, generative AI, and ML pipelines.
• Knowledge of model testing, theft protection, runtime monitoring, and behavioral analysis.
• Understanding of deep learning, machine learning, and generative AI paradigms.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and AI/ML development workflows.
• Experience in building Data Security Posture Management solutions.
• Proven track record in launching zero-to-one products with engineering and design collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, or engineering; MBA or similar preferred.
• 5+ years in product management or 8+ years in technical leadership, focusing on AI Security, Data Security, and cloud security solutions.
• Nice to have: knowledge of CSPM, CWPP, container security, and CDR.
• Strong presentation skills and experience creating technical collateral and demos.
• Passion for innovation, data-driven decision making, and effective communication across audiences, including federal sectors.
