Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own an AI-powered platform used for sourcing candidates, qualifying pipelines, handling RFPs, and keeping operations moving. The role supports agents across recruiting, sales, and business operations and may be remote or hybrid.

Based on the West Coast with flexibility to work remotely or from a LinkedIn office, you will drive end-to-end platform development, governance, and get alignment from engineers, partners, executives, and customers.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in product management or equivalent role.
• Experience building AI products with an outcomes-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform end-to-end, including memory, context, skills architecture, onboarding, identity, governance and compliance, and worker personality.
• Make the platform general enough to serve agents across recruiting, sales, and business operations.
• Define the roadmap and tradeoffs, and clearly communicate them to engineers, product partners, executives, and customers.
