Job summary

Amazon's AWS AI organization is hiring a Principal Technical Product Manager to define and drive the training software strategy for Trainium. You will own distributed training libraries, RLHF workflows, and performance optimization across large-scale model training.

You will partner with engineering, applied science, and PM teams to shape Neuron's training tools, enable customers, and deliver end-to-end training workflows from single-node experiments to multi-node deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience
• 5+ years of PM experience in cloud computing/ SaaS
• 3+ years of technical experience in software or network development
• 7+ years of full product life cycle experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM

Responsibilities

• Define and execute training product strategy and roadmap for Trainium
• Drive RLHF, DPO, and fine-tuning workflows at scale
• Engage customers with BD, Solutions Architecture, and GTM teams
• Define and deliver training ecosystem tools and open source inputs
• Lead end-to-end launches and GTM readiness
