Job summary

Expedia Group in Seattle seeks a Principal Product Manager to define and own the end-to-end strategy for AI-powered supplier resolution within Proactive Servicing. Qualifications

• 12+ years for Bachelor's degree or 10+ years for Master's in related roles.
• Experience leading AI/ML powered products with deep model expertise (e.g., conversational AI, LLMs).
• Ability to define and launch zero-to-one strategy across multiple workstreams with business impact.
• Experience with outbound communications or proactive messaging systems preferred.
• Strong data analytics, KPI-driven optimization, and measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the Zero-to-One Vision and Strategy for Supplier Resolution in AI-powered workflows.
• Drive a complex, multi-workstream roadmap across supplier engagement, resolution workflows, and AI agents.
• Lead AI/ML solution strategy and partner with operations to translate SOPs into scalable patterns.
• Define KPIs for automation, resolution quality, time-to-resolution, and cost to serve; build measurement infrastructure.
• Communicate progress and risks to senior leadership; scale solutions across TPSP.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science on resolution architecture and governance.
