Principal Product Manager or Director of Product Management – Accounting / CRM SaaS (Enterprise SaaS)

Are you a strategic product leader with deep experience in accounting systems and a strong understanding of CRM or donor management platforms? Do you thrive in lean environments where you can make a real impact across the entire product lifecycle?

We're partnering with a growing, mission-driven SaaS company that powers critical infrastructure for nonprofits, foundations, and community organizations. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role where you'll shape the future of an integrated accounting and CRM suite used by some of the most impactful organizations in the sector.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve a flagship product that spans core accounting, CRM, and fundraising capabilities
• Lead cross-functional product strategy across multiple domains (financials, donations, DAFs, events, etc.)
• Drive feature development from 0 → 1, including ideation, prototyping, GTM, and post-launch success
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams
• Identify and validate adjacent markets or new verticals the product can serve
• Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and positioning for new capabilities
• Ensure the product meets the needs of enterprise-level clients (multi-persona sales cycles, $20K–$300K ARR)

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS (ideally 6+ years owning full products)
• Proven success leading accounting or financial product development — not just payment features, but full GL, AR/AP, or fund accounting modules
• Experience with CRM systems, driving and building out CRM functionalities (in current or previous roles)
• Product ownership: Should have owned a broad product scope (e.g., entire suite or multiple modules), not just isolated features.
• Strong Product Marketing experience, launching to adjacent markets, GTM, Pricing Strategies, Target audience etc.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes — familiar with long sales cycles and selling to CFOs, COOs, CIOs
• Track record of launching integrated products and navigating cross-functional impact
• Confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with engineers and executive stakeholders
• Comfortable in scrappy, small team environments — you’ll be hands-on and strategic
• Background in nonprofit tech, fintech, or ERP systems like donor or fundraising systems
• Familiarity with Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) or related financial products
