Job description

At Quantcast, we don't just build advertising technology, we revolutionize how it works. Our AI-powered Demand Side Platform (DSP) connects the world's most ambitious marketers with their ideal audiences across the open internet, delivering results that actually move the needle. Since 2006, we've been the industry's trailblazer, launching the first AI-powered measurement platform for publishers and the first AI-driven DSP. Our AI doesn't just optimize—it delivers the measurable outcomes that matter most to our clients, giving them the competitive edge they need in a crowded marketplace. Ready to join the team that's defining the future of digital advertising? As a Principal Product Manager, you will own zero-to-one macro-bets and massive architectural shifts. You will serve as the strategic hub across Product and Go-To-Market (GTM) functions without relying on formal authority, crafting visionary company-level narratives that drive step-function growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Process Optimization: Clarify and identify structural process improvements to senior leadership, acting as a force multiplier for the entire product organization.
  • Industry Networking: Grow, maintain, and utilize a broad Ad Tech network while building strong, strategic relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • WHO YOU ARE:
  • B.S./B.A. or the World equivalent.
  • 10-12 years of experience in a technology-driven company, preferably ad tech, as a Product Manager (or 5+ years of experience if holding an M.B.A. or equivalent).

  • 0-to-1 Commercialization: You have a proven track record of taking complex, high-ambiguity concepts from initial discovery to commercial success.
  • Strategic Balancing: You are masterful at balancing short-term commercial goals against long-term technical health, privacy shifts, and adtech ecosystem changes.
  • Technical Depth: You possess a deep understanding of data, algorithmic capabilities, and how to utilize AI workflows to accelerate discovery and execution.
  • Organizational Force Multiplier: You have the ability to establish frameworks and processes that elevate the quality and velocity of PM peers without needing direct management authority.
