Join the Evisort AI team at Workday, which powers Document Intelligence AI and Workday’s CLM and Contract Intelligence offerings. Our mission is to change the way business deals get done. We build ground breaking AI technology that can read and understand contract language to make every part of the deal‑making process from drafting, negotiating, reviewing, approving, or managing the contracts happen faster, better, with reduced risks. We build AI first products, and automate manual work, freeing up our customers time and accelerating their businesses.

About the Role
  • Product Leadership & Collaboration: Create and implement a comprehensive product vision and strategy for the portfolio tailored to the business needs of a diverse set of enterprise customers. Establish strong and positive relationships with engineering, data science, product management, design and product marketing teams to implement the vision, strategy and roadmap. Partner with the Evisort data science team as they develop new artificial intelligence models, using domain knowledge to influence product decisions. Collaborate closely with a diverse set of people including domain experts, technology teams, and external collaborators to align on specific needs of customers.
  • Product Development: Be responsible for the ideation, design, and implementation of new AI products and features, incorporating generative and predictive AI technologies to address the various challenges at major companies. Define product requirements based on industry trends, compliance standards, and customer feedback. Clear articulation of various monetization strategies to increase revenue, coupled with tactical execution within Evisort’s Contract Intelligence portfolio to achieve these business goals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about advancements in generative and predictive AI, machine learning, and the broader legal tech landscape.
Basic Qualifications
  • 12+ years experience in product management, envisioning, defining, and delivering impactful SaaS and/or cloud‑based enterprise software products at scale.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
Other Qualifications
  • Business Influence: Drives strategic alignment and buy‑in across the organization and with external partners on major product initiatives, from shaping market perception to forging key partnerships.
  • Cross‑Team Collaboration: Leads and influences Engineering, Design, Marketing, and executive stakeholders to define and deliver complex, cross‑functional product strategies.
  • Customer Advocacy: Champions a customer‑obsessed culture by anticipating customer needs and embedding them into product strategy, defining CX principles and shaping product vision around unmet needs.
  • Customer Empathy: Identifies root‑cause customer pain points and translates them into transformative product strategies and innovative experiences through deep qualitative and behavioral analysis.
  • Data Analysis: Applies advanced analytics and experimentation frameworks to surface insights that shape strategy, guide organizational prioritization, and define long‑term KPIs.

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in‑person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in‑office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote “home office” roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
