Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead product ownership strategy, governance, and delivery across its Guidewire ecosystem. This leadership role will develop and manage a team of Product Owners while driving enterprise-scale initiatives including Guidewire enhancements and cloud modernization.

The ideal candidate brings deep P&C insurance expertise, extensive Guidewire experience, and strong Agile leadership to deliver complex transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years in Product Management/Ownership, Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, or Project Leadership.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing Product Owners, BAs, or Agile teams.
• Experience delivering solutions within the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of Guidewire applications and insurance processes.
• Experience working in Agile and SAFe delivery environments.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in complex enterprise organizations.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation, modernization, or digital initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Compensation:

$145,000/yr to $165,000/yr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
