As Principal AI Product Manager, you will own vision, roadmap, and execution, leading cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, operations, and executive leadership to deliver high-impact AI solutions that reduce friction and improve patient care.

We're partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare technology company on a mission to remove barriers to patient care and medication access. Their platform supports healthcare providers, pharmacies, specialty clinics, and life sciences organizations by streamlining complex workflows that impact millions of patients.

They are seeking a Principal AI Product Manager to lead the development of a brand-new AI-powered product from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to own strategy, execution, and delivery for a highly visible initiative that sits at the intersection of healthcare, artificial intelligence, and workflow automation.

The Opportunity

The organization is expanding its AI product portfolio with a new solution focused on improving provider workflows and reducing friction in the prescription and prior authorization process.

This product will proactively identify and address gaps that often lead to delays, denials, and unnecessary administrative burden, helping healthcare providers spend less time navigating paperwork and more time focused on patient care.

As the Principal AI Product Manager, you'll be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy while working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, operations, and executive leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for a new AI-driven product area.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and customer research through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Build and scale AI-powered workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Drive multiple 0→1 initiatives, bringing innovative products from concept to market.
• Partner closely with engineering and data teams to translate customer pain points into scalable AI solutions.
• Define key success metrics and leverage customer feedback, analytics, and AI performance data to drive product decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, operational, commercial, and executive teams.
• Influence the company's broader AI strategy and product direction.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

• Proven experience owning products from concept through launch and scale.
• Demonstrated success building and shipping AI-powered products.
• Experience working with modern AI architectures, including:
• Multi-agent systems
• Agent orchestration
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations
• AI workflow automation
• Experience operating within complex healthcare environments.
• Understanding of provider workflows across hospitals, health systems, specialty practices, oncology, or related care delivery settings.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across technical and business teams.

Preferred Background

• Healthcare technology, Digital Health, HealthTech, SaaS, or workflow automation products.
• Experience building products used by healthcare providers, pharmacies, specialty clinics, or payer organizations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data and customer insights to inform product decisions.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity within a high-growth environment.
