About The Role

We're looking for a Principal Product Manager, Agentic Commerce to help define the future of autonomous payments and AI-driven commerce at IXOPAY.

In this hands‑on leadership role, you'll own the strategy and roadmap for our Agentic Commerce platform, shaping how AI agents securely discover, authorize, and complete transactions on behalf of merchants and consumers. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, enterprise customers, and strategic partners, you'll build intelligent payment capabilities that combine orchestration, tokenization, identity, risk, and AI to enable the next generation of digital commerce.

This is an opportunity to influence an emerging market, shape industry direction, and help position IXOPAY as the leading platform for agentic commerce.

What You'll Do

Define Product Strategy

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for IXOPAY's Agentic Commerce product portfolio.
• Define product capabilities that enable secure agent‑to‑merchant and agent‑to‑agent payment experiences, including identity, authentication, authorization, delegated payment mandates, and trust frameworks.
• Shape the evolution of AI‑driven payment infrastructure by translating emerging technologies and market trends into scalable platform capabilities.
• Drive the roadmap for tokenization, payment optimization, fraud and risk management, and identity services that support autonomous commerce.

Deliver Customer Value

• Partner with enterprise customers, payment providers, AI technology partners, and strategic collaborators to understand emerging commerce use cases and industry challenges.
• Lead customer proof‑of‑concept engagements through production launch, validating new agentic payment experiences with real‑world merchants.
• Translate customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends into differentiated product capabilities that improve payment performance, security, and customer outcomes.
• Define and measure success through KPIs including adoption, payment performance, conversion, token utilization, fraud reduction, agent transaction success rates, and platform growth.

Lead Cross‑Functional Delivery

• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver innovative platform capabilities from concept through launch.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives alongside Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Champion customer‑centric product development, data‑driven decision‑making, and rapid experimentation across the Product organization.

Shape the Industry

• Represent IXOPAY as a thought leader in Agentic Commerce through conferences, webinars, customer advisory sessions, industry events, and published content.
• Collaborate with payment networks, standards organizations, and emerging AI commerce initiatives to help shape the future of autonomous payments.
• Build relationships with analysts, strategic partners, and industry influencers to strengthen IXOPAY's leadership position in intelligent payments.

Advance Product Excellence

• Introduce AI‑assisted product management practices that improve research, discovery, prioritization, prototyping, and product delivery.
• Help scale AI‑enabled workflows across the Product organization to improve speed, quality, and decision‑making.

What You'll Bring

Required

• Extensive Product Management experience within B2B SaaS, FinTech, or payments infrastructure, including ownership of product strategy and roadmap execution.
• Deep expertise in one or more of the following: payment orchestration, tokenization, fraud and risk management, payment gateways, acquiring, payment optimization, or digital identity.
• Experience building enterprise platform products, APIs, and developer‑focused capabilities.
• Proven success leading complex cross‑functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and customer‑centric decision‑making.
• Comfort operating in fast‑moving, emerging technology markets with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems.
• Experience representing products or organizations externally through industry events, speaking engagements, published content, or customer advisory activities.

Preferred

• Experience with Agentic Commerce concepts, AI agent payment protocols, delegated payment models, or emerging commerce standards.
• Experience with network tokenization, card lifecycle management, or payment network integrations.
• Familiarity with PSPs, acquirers, issuers, and alternative payment methods.
• Experience applying AI or machine learning concepts to product development or payment optimization.
• Experience working within high‑growth FinTech or infrastructure software companies.

Compensation: $185,000-$200,000 USD annually, depending on location and experience.
