**This role isnoteligiblefor100% remotework. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Atlanta Metropolitan Area and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom Atlanta office up to 5 days a week.**

Weseeka dynamic and experienced Principal in the digital product space with a strong business and/or technology consulting background. The ideal candidate will have a proventrack recordof successfully leading and managing complex engagements,demonstratingexpertisein product and advisory capacities. ThePrincipal willbe responsible forfostering trusted relationships with clients and team members, ensuring project outcomes, and driving growth in both internal and external networks.

What You'll Do
  • Delivery and Engagement Leadership
  • Lead and manage complexproductdelivery engagements,demonstratinga deep understanding of business and technology consulting principles, and ensuring alignment with client goals and Slalom’s delivery standards .
  • Take ownership ofproduct and projectoutcomes, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Providesubject matterexpertiseanddeliveryacross the product lifecycle from strategy development throughexecution.
People Management
  • Lead and inspire high-performing Slalom teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Coach and mentor team members in the areas of productexpe rtise,consultingand business management principles.
Client and Team Relationships
  • Establish andmaintaintrusted relationships with clients, understanding theirneedsand creating and delivering strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to achieve projectobjectives and desired outcomes.
Operational Management
  • Support t he capability operational health including maximizingstaffability, capability financial health, and people processes.
  • Execute onbest practices tooptimizeinternal processes and drive operational excellence.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $122,000 - $168,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
