The ideal candidate will have a proventrack recordof successfully leading and managing complex engagements,demonstratingexpertisein product and advisory capacities. ThePrincipal willbe responsible forfostering trusted relationships with clients and team members, ensuring project outcomes, and driving growth in both internal and external networks.

What You'll Do

• Delivery and Engagement Leadership

People Management

• Lead and inspire high-performing Slalom teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Client and Team Relationships

• Establish andmaintaintrusted relationships with clients, understanding theirneedsand creating and delivering strategic solutions.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $122,000 - $168,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
