Job summary

Bloom Energy in Newark, Delaware, seeks a Principal Product Integration Engineer to lead new process development, test, and launch of proprietary equipment on site. You will oversee DfX, DfM, and product integration for the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team, coordinating with design, process, and NPI groups to define and implement specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; MS or PhD preferred.
• 10+ years in equipment and process development and integration for R&D and manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading new process development, testing, and launch of proprietary equipment.
• Knowledge of DfX, DfM, and product integration functions.
• Experience managing equipment suppliers and process stabilization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with global teams.
• Travel up to 10-20% preferred; experience in high-volume large format manufacturing is a plus.

Reports to the Director, Advanced Manufacturing. Fully on‑site, in‑office role, 5 days a week.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $130,400.00 – $187,600.00.
