Your Team, Your Impact

As a key decision-maker for Marvell's Network and Connectivity products, from NPI to MPR, you will lead engineering discussions in multi-terabit Ethernet, 5nm and below processes, and other industry-defining advances. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technologies that connect people and secure data in automotive and enterprise networks.

What You Can Expect

As a Product Engineer in the Networking & Connectivity team, you will be recognized as a technical leader in Ethernet and Automotive products. You will own products throughout their lifecycle, leading and supporting them end-to-end.

You will:

  • Report NPI progress in weekly meetings with management
  • Ensure DPPM, quality, and performance standards for your products
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve issues
  • Propose cost and quality improvements
  • Manage test operations activities
  • Drive strategic initiatives with upper management

What We're Looking For

Skills and Background:

  • Understanding of product lifecycle and cost management
  • Expertise in Root Cause Analysis
  • Ability to translate data analytics into presentations
  • Experience with ATE (preferably 93K) for silicon analysis and debugging
  • Knowledge of applied statistics for quality improvement
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools like JMP and SiliconDash
  • Strong schedule management skills; process automation interest is a plus

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with 10-15 years of experience in SEMI/IC industry

OR

  • Master's or PhD with 5-10 years of relevant experience in SEMI/IC industry

Expected Base Pay Range (USD): $128,870 - $193,000 per annum

The starting pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and market conditions. The range may be adjusted accordingly.
