As a Principal Product Designer, you'll lead strategic design initiatives across key product areas, working at the intersection of user experience, product innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will help define and unify the product vision while raising the bar for design quality across platforms. This is a high-impact role where you'll be expected to champion the user experience, mentor peers, and partner with stakeholders to deliver seamless, accessible, and intuitive design solutions that empower users to live healthier lives.

Accountabilities:

• Drive high-level design strategy and execution across complex product ecosystems
• Translate ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable design plans
• Create, refine, and advocate for user-centered experiences across mobile and web platforms
• Lead design critiques, mentor team members, and uphold design quality at every touchpoint
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to align design with business goals
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and present work clearly and persuasively at all levels

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on customer-facing mobile and web experiences (iOS and Android)
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and influence strategic product decisions
• Expertise in end-to-end product design, from ideation to execution and iteration
• Strong grasp of design systems, UX best practices, and accessibility principles
• Experience using both qualitative insights and data analytics to inform design decisions
• Comfortable working in high-velocity, agile environments with a bias for action and experimentation
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas, rationale, and trade-offs
