Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years designing software products with emphasis on UX, interaction and visuals.
• Use research and data to set product strategy and influence direction.
• Strategic thinking at portfolio level with clear executive storytelling.
• Deep expertise in prototyping tools and craft across fidelity.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive design vision across product portfolios at scale.
• Lead projects with ambiguity, spanning multiple product areas.
• Translate strategy into design direction for roadmaps at executive level.
• Create simple, elegant, usable experiences across platforms.
• Unify visual and interaction systems to scale with products.
• Mentor and raise quality across the design organization.
• Partner with product, eng, research, and content leadership at executive level.
• Present design rationale to senior leadership to align priorities.
