With over 10 years of design experience in consumer or B2B SaaS, the ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and a proven history of impactful design initiatives. This position not only drives product design but also advocates for a culture of AI integration and innovation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience at a consumer or B2B SaaS company.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating craft and systems thinking.
• Proven track record in leading complex, multi-year design initiatives.
• Deep experience influencing product and engineering at senior leadership.
• Strong design systems sensibility.

Responsibilities

• Architect the design vision and strategic direction for core product experiences.
• Drive design quality and craft standards across the product.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research to shape roadmaps.
• Lead complex design challenges and maintain scalable design systems.
• Mentor senior designers and influence stakeholders at the VP level.
