You’ll lead through the work, setting a high bar for visual and interaction design, tackling ambiguous problems across the patient journey, and helping the designers around you produce their best work.Your primary focus will be evolving Ro’s Design System into a foundation for exceptional product experiences, including how we enable AI-assisted design and development.
