Step one will be to revolutionize our Information Architecture in our new “business class” product suite.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.

The expected base pay range for this position is:Bay Area: $229,000 - $309,500This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.

Responsibilities
  • Staying deeply engaged with our customers' needs, shedding light on complex and hidden challenges.
  • Bringing the comprehensive customer solution to life by seamlessly integrating human experiences with an exceptional product.
  • Collaborating effectively with visual, service and content designers to create a comprehensive experience.
  • Using quantitative and qualitative data to extract insights that guide design choices and understand user behavior.
  • Influencing others through strategic storytelling, building strong partnerships, and fostering relationships by collaborating with various teams.
  • Working closely with product managers and engineers to innovate, execute, and deliver designs.
  • 8+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or another relevant field; Master’s preferred
  • Deep knowledge of design principles and methods
  • Curiosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business results
  • Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
  • Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner
  • Expertise in conveying ideas and concepts through storyboarding, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping
  • Mastery of design tools such as Figma, and skilled in creating 'lo-fi' prototypes to share with users in a fast, iterative manner
