Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking aPrincipal Product Designer to lead design direction for a product pillar, while remaining hands-on with high-impact work. You will collaborate with senior product and engineering leadership to translate business goals into a multi-quarter vision.
The role emphasizes end-to-end responsibility, strong storytelling to cross-functional partners, and contribution to the Design System. You will mentor teammates and shape a fast-moving design practice.
