The expected base pay range for this position is: New York: $226,500 - 306,500.
This role is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our plans and programs. Pay offered depends on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location. We also conduct regular pay equity comparisons across ethnicity and gender categories.

- Apply strategic thinking to deliver end-to-end user experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web and mobile platforms.
- Create user interface designs, architecture, and functionality based on usability best practices and user testing data.
- Develop creative and innovative solutions within scope and timelines.
- See design concepts through from conception to tangible customer benefits.
- Contribute to the culture and quality standards of the creative team.
- Present and communicate conceptual visions, fostering storytelling techniques to inspire the team.
- Collaborate effectively with product management, development, research, marketing, and other teams.
- Use data to extract insights that guide design decisions and understand user behavior.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in interaction, product, or service design, or related fields.
- Proven skills in solving complex design and product systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or relevant field; Master’s preferred.
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Invision.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Track record of setting visions for customer experiences and delivering delightful, easy-to-use products.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple projects.
- A passion for creating emotionally resonant products.
- Strong online portfolio.
