Responsibilities
- Contribute to competitive analysis and support early-stage capture planning
- Lead the development and coordination of comprehensive Cost/Price volumes to ensure compliance with solicitation requirements
- Prepare and submit Cost/Price Proposals utilizing various Excel-based templates
- Collaborate with Business Development and other departments to gather necessary data for competitive proposals
- Conduct internal peer reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant Defense Contracting pricing experience, or Associate’s Degree with 8+ years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly for developing pricing proposals
- Experience in supporting strategic pricing and developing proposals for government contracts
- Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FAR, DFAR, and CAS regulations
- Previous involvement in complex pricing strategies for high-priority government contracts
- Familiarity with Cost Estimating System Manual (CESM) processes
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to Executive Leadership
- Background in conducting pricing reviews and risk assessments for bids
