You have strong leadership and communication skills, and you develop/depend on teacher-leadership. Experience

• Demonstrated ability to coach staff of all experience levels, including teachers new to the profession


• Knowledge and experience implementing a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework.


• Primary and secondary experience (as leader and/or teacher)


• Managing resources effectively (including budget and grants management)
