We seek an experienced and entrepreneurial Principal Product Manager – Technical with a passion for delivering world-class customer experiences and who enjoys the thrill of experimentation, optimization, and close collaboration across a diverse stakeholder group. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent product management skills, a strategic thinker, and a strong communicator with excellent cross-org collaboration skills. The Pre-Owned CX Principal Product Manager will own defining and driving the Amazon pre-owned customer experience product vision and roadmap across the end-to-end customer journey. The role will work across multiple business, design, product, and engineering teams to develop foundational shopping experiences, including inspiration, discovery, evaluation, detail page optimization, pricing, purchasing, personalization, and more. The role is inherently high visibility and will work closely with partners in this exciting pre-owned space across the company to accelerate and amplify our shared investments and drive global customer impact.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
