Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a high-impact Principal Product Manager to lead strategy for regulated sectors, focusing on FedRAMP compliance and the European Sovereign Cloud and KSA deployments. You will own the roadmap for compliance and data residency in restricted environments.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, security engineering, and compliance, partnering with engineering and legal teams to translate federal requirements into actionable specs for IAM, encryption, and audit

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on cloud security, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS compliance.
• Deep understanding of FedRAMP requirements and certification processes for multi-tenant cloud services.
• Strong grasp of cloud architectures (VPC, private endpoints, encryption) including BYOK.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data sovereignty regulations and their impact on cloud region strategy.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with engineering, security, legal, and exec stakeholders.
• Proven leadership across legal, security, operations, and sales to launch products in regulated markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year roadmap to achieve FedRAMP Moderate/High certification.
• Collaborate with engineering and compliance to support SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI.
• Translate security requirements into product specs for IAM, encryption, and audit logging.
• Lead regional strategy for ESC and KSA deployments, ensuring prerequisites are met.
• Partner with cloud providers for restricted deployments and regulatory licensing models.
• Define data residency and personnel control requirements to support data sovereignty.
