• Build understanding of competitive retail trends, ML and LLM modernization.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, legal and finance for alignment.
• Inspire engineering teams to deploy complex software solutions and represent Google to stakeholders.
• Grow leadership talent through mentoring, succession planning, and retention.
