Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Principal Product Manager to shape the AI-powered virtual agent platform, owning the roadmap and coordinating across engineering, design and enablement to deliver high-impact self-service experiences.

In the near term you will align priorities, manage dependencies, document readiness, and drive adoption while balancing immediate delivery with longer-term platform opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with AI, SaaS or related tech.
• Own complex product capabilities end to end from strategy to adoption.
• Operate independently across strategic and tactical levels with multiple teams.
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, success, enablement.
• Solid understanding of AI, Generative AI and LLMs in conversational contexts.
• Strong judgment balancing near-term needs with long-term platform shifts.
• Excellent communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Use customer feedback and market insights to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for the AI-powered virtual agent platform.
• Align roadmap sequencing, dependencies, delivery timing, and outcomes.
• Lead platform enablement, documentation, readiness and cross-team coordination.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable AI-driven experiences.
• Translate insights into priorities that boost adoption, performance and value.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, Generative AI and LLMs to conversations.
• Influence direction by monitoring AI advances and translating into platform opportunities.
• Shape expansion into broader digital priorities and strategy.
