Job summary

Procore, a leader in construction tech, seeks a Principal Product Manager to own the Safety portfolio. You will shape multi-year strategy, drive AI-enabled safety features, and partner with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

You will lead market research, build compelling business cases, and guide cross-functional teams to ship rapidly while delivering measurable value for customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of evaluating, building, and scaling AI-driven product solutions from ideation to launch.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct deep market research and quantitative analysis for business cases.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive influence.
• Strong bias for action with rapid, high-quality execution in agile environments.
• Collaborative, empathetic approach with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of construction tech or safety domains is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Procore’s Safety portfolio.
• Identify high-impact applications for AI/ML within safety workflows to mitigate hazards.
• Build business cases for expansion into new product areas via market research and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, platform and product marketing to deliver high-performing features.
• Mentor and elevate product management practices across the org.
• Communicate strategy, roadmaps, and value to executives, stakeholders, and partners.
• Monitor KPIs and user feedback to refine features and measure impact.
• Coordinate with GTM to ensure successful launch plans and market adoption.
