Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's Premium Shopping Experience team is seeking a Principal Product Manager-Tech to own the Content Freshness workstream, ensuring premium product pages, brand stores, and customer surfaces are populated with high-quality, up-to-date, visually elevated content at scale.

You will lead the generative AI content pipeline, collaborate with content production teams to create elevated imagery, lifestyle content, and motion assets, and drive coverage metrics to maximize impact

Responsibilities

• Own the content freshness strategy for premium products across product detail pages, brand stores, and surfaces.
• Define and scale the generative AI content pipeline with content production teams to generate elevated media.
• Drive coverage metrics to ensure each premium page features AI-assisted content.
• Lead brand outreach and content onboarding, guiding brands to provide elevated content modules.
• Own the elevated content program and rollout across premium products, tracking impact and informing worldwide rollout decisions.
• Develop end-to-end content generation strategy and volume planning for premium experiences.
• Partner with science and engineering to automate content quality and ensure full media coverage.
• Measure and report content health using KPIs like coverage and freshness; identify gaps.
