Job summary

Prime Talent Recruiting is seeking a Principal Product Manager – Agentic AI platform for financial services in San Francisco. This full-time, on-site role leads strategy, development, and evolution of an agentic AI platform used by multiple AI-driven products.

The ideal candidate has 8–15 years in product management, deep AI/ML platform experience, and a hands-on track record building scalable systems. You will partner with engineering leadership to shape direction and drive 0-to-1 innovations

Qualifications

8–15 years of Product Management experience.
3 recent years at Staff or Principal level.
Experience owning a complex, multi-component platform.
Strong 0-to-1 product development experience.
Deep understanding of AI/ML platforms and modern LLM technologies.
Experience managing platform contracts, APIs, versioning, deprecation, and migration strategies.
Hands-on experience building AI agents, scripts, or automated workflows.
Technical background in software engineering or data engineering.
Bachelor's degree required.
Onsite 5 days per week in San Francisco's Financial District.

Responsibilities

Own AI platform strategy with CTO and engineering leadership.
Lead cross-product platform development across multiple product lines.
Build and scale AI infrastructure, consolidating capabilities.
Drive AI/ML platform innovation including LLM orchestration and RAG.
Own platform APIs, versioning, deprecation, and migration planning.
Build from 0-to-1 capabilities from concept to launch.
Stay hands-on with AI, using scripts and automation to improve product development.
