You will align product strategy with business objectives, collaborate across platform engineering, observability, data, and AI teams, and drive scalable, highly available solutions.

You will mentor teams, promote operational excellence, and leverage data-driven insights to improve platform performance and resilience at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and extensive product management experience.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and KPIs to guide product lifecycle.
• Strong collaboration and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive platform plans based on customer and operational needs across availability and observability platforms.
• Communicate roadmaps and priorities aligned with business and technology goals.
• Build stakeholder relationships across product, engineering, architecture, operations, data, and AI.
• Lead product lifecycle management from MVP to rollout, adoption, and scaling.
• Use data and KPIs to guide decisions and measure success.
