Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including significant front-end and back-end work.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar OO languages for backend development.
• Experience designing scalable, reliable distributed systems.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native apps.
• Hands-on with OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building data pipelines with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications for the CDA platform.
• Provide technical leadership across engineering initiatives and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and healthcare experts to deliver solutions.
• Build responsive, accessible front-ends using React, TypeScript, HTML5.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Java, Python, or similar languages.
• Architect scalable microservices and distributed systems to support AI healthcare apps.
• Design and optimize data ingestion, storage, and processing for healthcare workflows.
• Integrate generative AI, search, NLP for conversational experiences and decision support.
• Create data pipelines with Kafka, Flink, RabbitMQ, and related event-driven tech.
• Mentor engineers and lead architecture/code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
