Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a Principal PCB Sourcing Leader to own the end-to-end PCB sourcing and commercial strategy across the hardware platform portfolio. You will influence hardware roadmaps and consolidate efforts across Compute and Networking lines to secure capacity and framework continuity.

Leaders with extensive PCB sourcing experience will shape technology roadmaps, manage tier-1+ supplier relationships, and drive cross-functional improvements with engineering, supply chain, and business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years of professional or military experience.
7+ years developing, negotiating, and executing PCB roadmap strategies/business agreements.
Experience developing commercial and sourcing strategies that influence leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end Printed Circuit Board (PCB) sourcing and commercial strategy.
Influence hardware and network engineering roadmaps to align with PCB strategy.
Consolidate across Compute and Networking product lines for a 3-5 year strategy.
Understand commercial tradeoffs/negotiation positions to optimize supply continuity.
Deep dive into Tier N risks (CCL, e-glass, copper foil, resins, equipment, materials).
Present roadmap strategy to Senior Leadership across AWS.
