Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a strategic leader to own the long-term PCB sourcing strategy across AWS hardware platforms. You will align with the technology roadmap and drive a scalable sourcing framework to secure capacity and favorable commercial terms for PCB fabrication and subtier materials.

This role connects supply chain, hardware and network engineering, and business planning to shape what we build, when we build it, and how we sustain manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of PCB sourcing/negotiation experience.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Ability to develop long-term PCB strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PCB sourcing and commercial strategy.
• Influence hardware and network engineering roadmaps to align with PCB strategy.
• Consolidate across Compute and Networking lines to deliver a 3-5 year forward-looking strategy.
• Understand commercial tradeoffs and negotiate to optimize supplier continuity of supply.
• Deep dive into Tier N risks (CCL, e-glass, copper foil, resins, equipment).
• Present roadmap strategy to Senior Leadership across AWS.
