Description
This position involves maintaining parks and recreation facilities, including turf management, ballfield preparation, equipment operation, safety compliance, and community engagement. Work hours are from 5:30 am to 2:15 pm. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, four years of experience in groundskeeping or park maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a medical exam. Some positions may require a CDL and specific certifications within 12 months of hire. The role entails seasonal work, exposure to various weather and environmental conditions, and lifting up to 100 pounds.
