This position will be responsible for managing CAM networks associated with Supplier MRB on a classified program. Applicants will need extensive experience working with EVM to include the ability to obtain CAM certification/qualification.

Basic Qualifications for Principal Project Management:

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience in project management OR Master's degree with 3 years' experience in project management.
• Ability to obtain CAM certification
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with and manipulating detail-oriented data
• Understanding and application of Program Management principles

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with and manipulating detail-oriented data
• Understanding and application of Program Management principles
• A current active US Government Secret security clearance or higher is required to start, with the ability to obtain and maintain SAP/PAR clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs

Preferred Qualifications for both levels:

• Current CAM certification
• Experience managing CAM accounts in excess of $50M dollars
• Active SAP/PAR clearance #blue

Salary:

• Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00
• Secondary Level Salary Range: $101,400.00 - $152,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
