The Principal Operations Manager will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence and measurable business outcomes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong portfolio management experience, operational rigor, and the ability to coordinate complex projects across diverse teams. You will work closely with executives and functional leaders, creating alignment, resolving dependencies, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, leverages data-driven insights to inform decisions, and implements scalable processes that enhance organizational efficiency. You will serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders across product, go-to-market, customer success, and IT, guiding the company toward operational excellence and sustained growth.

Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with leaders across functions to resolve dependencies, prioritize initiatives, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions to clarify priorities, address conflicts, and enable decisive action across teams.
  • Manage and evolve portfolio management frameworks to support business transformation and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee planning and collaboration platforms, including tools, content curation, and best practices to enhance team productivity.
  • Guide the selection and implementation of project management tools to improve execution transparency and efficiency.
  • Deliver executive-level dashboards and live updates to track progress on major initiatives and support data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional project portfolios, and driving operational excellence.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster trust and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
