Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Network Security Lead to own the security posture of Broadband access networks, including edge routers, CPE, and RAN infrastructure. You will lead incident response, automate detections, and drive security policies and improvements across diverse network elements.

The role requires extensive experience with routing, switching, SDN architectures, and SIEM tooling, with a focus on proactive threat detection and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership as a project/team lead for cross-functional teams.
• Expert understanding of Spine, Leaf, SDN, OTNGN, and Hub & Spoke architectures.
• Expert-level routing and switching security including BGP/IGP security; ACL management.

Responsibilities

• Own network security posture and protection across Broadband access network.
• Lead response to network security incidents and develop remediation plans.
• Develop baseline security operations and automate detections to strengthen monitoring.
• Create and maintain network security policies across owned assets.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
