Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is looking to add a Principal Network Engineer OR Senior Principal Network Engineer to join our team in Rancho Bernardo, CA. This position will be in our Avionics Integration Organization supporting the MQ-4C Triton Program.
We are seeking an experienced engineer to support the design, development, and optimization of secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise network infrastructures. The selected candidate will play a key role in network architecture, operations, and modernization efforts.
The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility. Once established in role, the position could potentially offer a hybrid work environment. Scheduled telework days are approved at manager's discretion. This position requires the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
This position can be filled at either the Principal Network Engineer or Senior Principal Network Engineer level, depending upon the qualifications below.
Salary Range: $110,300.00 - $165,500.00Salary Range 2: $137,400.00 - $206,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
