Job summary

TechHuman is seeking a Principal Network Engineer to lead hands-on architecture for a large-scale enterprise network. You will design data center, WAN, SD-WAN, and multi-site connectivity, translating high-level concepts into detailed designs, diagrams, and implementation plans.

You will drive BGP, VXLAN, spine-leaf topologies, and cloud connectivity with GCP. This role requires deep leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, cutovers, and on-call participation, with limited travel to support

Qualifications

Enterprise networking architecture at senior/principal level.
Expert routing and switching with BGP as a must.
Cisco Nexus 9K experience preferred; other vendors acceptable.
Translate requirements into complete designs, implementation plans, and documentation.
Experience designing VXLAN fabrics and spine-leaf topologies.
Experience managing large-scale WAN/multisite connectivity.
Knowledge of cloud networking and hybrid connectivity (GCP).
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support.

Responsibilities

Lead design and modernization of data center, WAN, SD-WAN, cloud-connectivity, and multisite network solutions.
Translate high-level concepts into detailed designs, implementation plans, diagrams, standards, and presentations.
Provide architectural direction and mentorship to senior engineers.
Evaluate emerging technologies for scalability, resiliency, and cost improvements.
Hands-on implementation, troubleshooting, cutovers, and on-call participation.
